Nosipho Stiglmayr competed in the Bavarian Open Water Championships which took place on 19 July 2014 at the Simssee Lake in Alpenvoland, Bavaria, Germany.
Nosipho had been suffering from a chest infection, but she recovered sufficiently to swim in the Womenโs 10 km Open Water swim. She was placed first with a time of 3:08:24.24
