Soccer Champs

2016 has been a very successful year for Jeppe soccer. The captain of Jeppe Girls 1st X1, Lindokuhle Sukazi, was selected as one of the top eleven players in the JvW Girls School League. She had a wonderful season, scoring 29 goals in 13 games and is seen above with her medal.

We entered three teams into the Janine van Wyk (JvW) Girls-School League.  All three teams came top of their pool and were awarded trophies at the Janine van Wyk League awards in Kempton Park at the end of October.

Our u15A side won the league in their age group out of 109 schools and our 1st X1 was overall second in the open league. Our second u15 team qualified for the league playoffs but narrowly lost their quarter final.
